Pharmacists with his knowledge of anatomy, physiology, drug chemistry, drug interactions etc provide the arsenal (drug) for the battle against disease and infection. Thereby increases our chance of better living. In the School of Pharmacy we train the future pharmacist to be researchers, academicians, entrepreneurs with the help of our highly talented, experienced faculties, state of the art infrastructure, laboratory, interdisciplinary approach and an ecosystem which facilitates peer learning.

Computers and Information Technology have become all pervasive. In some way or the other they are effecting our lives, and changing the way we used to conduct our daily lives or business. Students at SCS study the design, development and analysis of software and hardware used to solve problems in a variety of business, scientific and social contexts. Recent developments in our country has shown that every one of us need to have digital competency. Consequently, we have huge opportunities for the computer scientists, software professionals and system analysts in the different fields, as the world is facing huge demand-supply gap for competent technical manpower. The School of Computing Sciences (SCS) at The Assam Kaziranga University in its own small way is making sincere effort to try and bridge the demand-supply gap between the industry requirements and the teaching-learning process in the classrooms by balancing rigorous academic course work with enriching real world practice.
