Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII), an autonomous and not-for-profit institute, set up in 1983, is sponsored by apex financial institutions - the IDBI Bank Ltd., IFCI Ltd., ICICI Bank Ltd. and the State Bank of India (SBI). The Government of Gujarat pledged twenty-three acres of land on which stands the majestic and sprawling EDII campus. The Institute is an acknowledged National Resource Institute for Entrepreneurship Education, Research, Training & Institution Building. EDII is the academic partner of The Assam Kaziranga University for the MBA (Entrepreneurship) programme.
The Certified Management Accountant (CMA) is a global professional credential, offered by the Institute of Management Accountants (ima), based out of New Jersey USA. IMA is the worldwide association of accountants and financial professionals working in business and academia, with members across 140+ countries. In India, IMA works in collaboration with Miles Education, which is India's largest training provider for CMA. US CMA is comprehensive learning programme wherein students will get IMA US (Institute of Management Accountants) approved Wiley Excel learning material with Online Test Bank, 50-60 hour's of video modules access, Miles class notes, aimed to enhance the knowledge of the students (especially BBA & BCOM) giving them industry specific curriculum, which is a pathway to a global finance certification.
