The Master of Computer Applications, a two-year UGC-recognised postgraduate programme from the School of Computing Sciences offered at The Assam Kaziranga University, is designed to provide students with advanced knowledge and specialised skills in various areas of computer science, information technology, and software development. Students acquire skills in managing software projects, understanding project lifecycles, and handling project teams. Due to the rapid growth of the digital world, the IT industry is growing at a fast pace, and the enhanced abilities of MCA students have put them at the forefront of the industry. Depending on their expertise after the completion of the programme, students can apply to various industries such as network, hardware and software development.

  • Passed graduation in BCA/BSc(IT)/BSc(CS) or equivalent with 45% marks in aggregate from any recognized University (40% for SC/ST category)
