As Dean of Research, it is a pleasure for me to wish to welcome you to Assam Kaziranga University. The university has the vision of being at par with top private universities across the globe in Academics and Research. Research & Development is one of the key components and an integral part of the University’s activities. The university encourages all the teaching staff, research scholars, and scientific officers to do productive research, especially in the interdisciplinary areas. The office of Dean Research supports related to research and development. It also provides mentoring to new faculties to do research and also assists in research project initiation. The university researchers are actively involved in collaborative research in collaboration with different centrally funded research institutes through scientific collaboration. Students at Assam Kaziranga University also engage in research activities with the faculty members in different extramural funding research projects. The university has its research promotion policy to promote research in the university. The university has already different funding grants from different funding agencies like DAE, DST, AICTE, ASTEC, etc. The university is looking forward to interdisciplinary inter-institutional research collaboration,
