Growth prospects

Electrical engineering is a branch of the fascinating world of engineering that has been experiencing remarkable popularity in recent times. The Bureau of Labour Statistics projects a 7% increase in employment opportunities in electrical engineering by the year 2030, signifying the growing significance of this field in the engineering domain. Nearly all manufacturing units employ Electrical Engineers. After completion, the graduates will have job prospects in prominent public and private sector organisations, including electricity boards, large-scale industries, hydroelectricity power plants, manufacturing plants, and more.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Applicants must fulfil the following norms.

Passed 10+2 Examination with Physics & Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology as one of the subjects. Obtained at least 45% marks (40% in case of SC/ST category).
