IBM : School of Computing Sciences (SCS) of The Assam Kaziranga University strives to create industry-ready students who are productive from day one by aligning its curriculum with the needs of the industry with the help of its industry and academic partners. The focus is on training the students in emerging areas of technology with the active support of our partners who not only help in training the students but also participate actively in curriculum design and updating it on regular basis. The partners also help us in providing the students with hands-on training in their chosen areas. This is one of the unique approach initiated by The Assam Kaziranga University to improve the employability quotient of the students. The Assam Kaziranga University also has developed the IBM Centre of Excellence equipped with cutting edge infrastructure and research facilities in Cloud Computing and Virtualization. School of Computing Science has collaborated with IBM to develop an industry-aligned joint collaborative academic program in the following verticals: Cloud Computing Cyber Security Internet of Things (IoT) Business Analytics IBM has not only contributed in designing the curriculum but also deputes the academic and industry experts for providing training to the students and faculty members. Students also participate in various events conducted by IBM in the campus and Bengaluru.

Amazon Web Services (AWS) : Amazon Web Services (AWS) is the world’s most comprehensive and broadly adopted cloud platform, offering over 165 fully featured services from data centres globally. Millions of customers including the fastest-growing start-ups, largest enterprises, and leading government agencies - trust AWS to power their infrastructure, become more agile, and lower costs. The AWS Solutions Architect Certification training enables a student to design, plan and scale AWS implementations utilizing over 70 cloud computing services. The course is aligned with the latest AWS exam featuring Amazon designated best practices. The Assam Kaziranga University has academic associations with Amazon Web Services, and Students are given the facility of using Amazon Web Services (AWS) account every semester (USD $100 credit voucher) to create and work on AWS. AWS provides services for broad range of applications including compute, storage, databases, networking, analytics, machine learning and artificial intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), security, and application development, deployment, and management.
