The Assam Kaziranga University successfully conducted TechBlitz 2024, a prominent technical fest, on September 26th and 27th, 2024. The event was attended by 1,200+ science students and 80+ faculty members from various colleges across the region, including Jorhat, Golaghat, Sivasagar, Nagaon, Sonitpur, Biswanath, Dibrugarh, Tinsukia, Silapathar and Nagaland.

Initiated in 2017, TechBlitz has evolved into an annual event to showcase the future of technology in the Engineering and Health Science sectors to Class 12 students. This initiative reflects Kaziranga University's commitment to providing Industry 4.0 education. It serves as part of the university's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts to raise awareness about contemporary career paths among young minds. Participants engaged in hands-on experiences and scientific experiments in our state-of-the-art labs, including the Pharmaceutics Lab, Mechanical Labs, and Radiology, totaling 15 labs across Engineering, Health Science, and Pharmacy.

The event also featured presentations on innovative topics such as AI/ML, Robotics, Gesture Control Games, AI Image Recognition, and AR/VR projects, all presented by students from Kaziranga University. Participants represented a range of esteemed institutions, including VED Academy, Alpha Beta Junior College, Biswanath Science Academy, Silapathar Science College, Livingstone Foundation International School, Kaziranga Academy, and many others.
