Guest House
The university campus hosts a Guesthouse catering to university guests and staff members. Featuring a total of eight rooms, including five regular and three VIP accommodations, the Guesthouse boasts a safe and hygienic environment. Our dedicated staff ensures round-the-clock assistance, guaranteeing a comfortable stay for all our guests
Booking Procedure
- To book room(s), simply complete the designated form and submit it to the In-charge or Caretaker in advance, preferably three days prior to your intended stay. Room allotments operate on a "first-come, first-served" basis.
- Permission to stay at the guest house depends on room availability and approval from the Manager Admin.
- All staff members must route their bookings through the Manager Admin.
- Non-official bookings are limited to a maximum of five days. Exceptions may be granted only if recommended with valid reasons by the Manager Admin.
- Alternatively, bookings can be made via email or phone by directly contacting the guest house coordinator/manager. However, confirmation is subject to approval by the Manager Admin.
- The booking/recommending authority assumes responsibility for all tariffs, bills, and charges incurred during the stay.

- Bookings can also be made via email or phone by contacting the coordinator/manager of the guest house directly. But the confirmation of the same is subjected to approval by the Manager Admin
- The booking/recommending authority will be responsible for the payment of all tariffs, bills, charges etc.
Who can avail?
The Guest House accommodation shall be available under the following categories:
- University Guest
- Resource person & Visiting Faculty
- New Joining Faculty
- Participants come for different seminars and workshops
- Research scholars
- Students’ Parents and relatives of staff
- Any other guests as approved by the Competent Authority
Rental
- Room charges are levied on 24-hour basis.
- Room rent will be charged Rs 2000.00 per night for double occupancy and Single occupancy will be charged Rs 1500.00 per night. (Inclusive of breakfast lunch, evening snacks and dinner.)
- Please inform the caretaker of the Guesthouse about your departure and settle your accounts well in advance.
- New Joining Faculty stay will be treated as University/Institute Guest in the Guest House till he moves to permanent accommodation. However, food charges will be borne by the New Joining Faculty.
- No more than two/four persons shall be allowed to stay in the double/quadruple bedded room as the case may be.

- Tea/ breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served in the dining hall of the Guest House/Canteen of the University.
Timing:
- Breakfast: 7.30 AM -9.30 AM
- Lunch: 12.30 PM- 2.00 PM
- Dinner: 8.00 PM- 9.30 PM
General Rule & regulation
- The occupants shall have to maintain peace and tranquility in the Guest House complex.
- Visitors of the Guest are not allowed to enter the room after 10 PM.
- A photo ID card is to be shown before entering the guest house.
- Students from the institute are not allowed to enter the rooms. However, a student can do so with prior permission through the proper channel.
- If any belongings/property of the guest house is found damaged, the occupant is requested to report immediately to the caretaker or else fine will be charged as deemed fit.
- Never leave cash, jewelry, mobile phone or any other valuables in the room. The guest house management is not responsible for any loss, theft, etc.
- Smoking, alcoholic drinks and other intoxicants in the guest house are strictly prohibited.
- Cooking in any form using gas, oven, heater and hot plate is not allowed inside the room.
- For cleaning purposes, room keys are to be left with the caretaker of the guest house.
- Please Switch off the lights/ TV/AC/ Geyser before leaving the room.
- Use dustbin for the wastage
