Dr. Mukherjee is in Management teaching for more than fifteen years. He taught Management in undergraduate, postgraduate level, guided M. Phil. Students in Management and served as Professor and head of institute / college under various universities, among which the prominent positions held were: Dean & Principal NSHM Buisness School, Durgapur, Dean (Faculty of Management & Commerce) at Brainware University, Professor & Head of Dept of Business Management, JISU and Faculty oin Globsyn Business School. He is PhD supervisor for Calcutta University West Bengal University of Technology and ICFAI University Jharkhand.
Dr. Arunava Mukherjee has worked in industry for about eight years, served manufacturing and service sector including chamber of commerce, practiced in Hon’ble High Court Calcutta.
He presented papers in various national and international seminars, conferences and has considerable number of publications to his credit. He has been awarded the stature of Accredited Management Teacher (AMT) by All India Management Association (AIMA) and Silver Medal and honour for case study presentation by National Human Resource Development Network and XLRI respectively.
Dr. Mukherjee has been the Corporate Trainer of National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM) and conducted several MDPs & FDPs
