• The occasion organised by the School of Business integrated two events – Face Painting Competition which invited students across the entire university for participation and the Business Fest participated by the students of School of Business.

• The event was attended by the Faculty members, staffs and students of The Assam Kaziranga University. The day was inaugurated by lighting of the lamp by the Deans of the various schools in the university. The inaugural session was hosted by Miss Prabhjoot Kour, a student of BBA Semester III where the welcome address was delivered by Dr. Manvinder Singh Pahwa, Dean School of Business and declared the event open. The Face Painting competition was judged by Dr. Rajesh Jesudasan, Dean School of Pharmacy, Dr. Ratan Kumar Saha, Dean School of Computing Sciences, Dr. M.K Loganathan, Associate Dean School of Engineering & Technology, Dr. Ramesh Chandra Borah, Professor School of Engineering & Technology and Dr. Ritunjoy Bhuyan, Dean, CoE & Skill Development School of Engineering & Technology. The winners of the Face Painting Competition are rewarded with certificates and cash prizes of 1500/- INR for the first position, 1000/- INR for the second position and 750/- INR for the third positions. Based on the performance of the participants in the competition, two additional consolation prizes with a cash of 250/- INR each have been rewarded. The name of the winners were declared by the judges in the closing ceremony convened by Miss Baishali Pathak, Assistant Professor School of Business.

• The event allowed the students to show their creativity through the Face Paining Competition addressing the theme of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav. The Business Fest organised have enhanced the students to apply their business conducting abilities through a practical mode. The business fest included stalls selling food items, handmade accessories and a game zone. They are engaged in interacting, communicating, applying innovative methods of selling along with managing business accounts through the stalls that they put up in the fest.

• The event has been organised by the School of Business, The Assam Kaziranga University.
