Immersion Program for the students of MBA (2021-23 Batch) of School of Business was inaugurated at XIM University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha on 27^th June 2022.

Fr. Antony R. Uvari, S. J, Honourable Vice Chancellor, XIM University, along with the Registrar and faculty members blessed the occasion. Dr. P K Mishra, Honourable Vice Chancellor, The Assam Kaziranga University inaugurated the programme and shared his vision and expectations.

Dr. P K Mohanty, Dean, School of Commerce, XIM University also addressed the students and made them aware about various facets of the programme.

The purpose of the Immersion Programme is to enhance the quality of education and experience by providing relevant exposure of knowledge, environment, etiquettes and work culture of a premium business school so that they may contribute better with challenges in the business world. Prof. Sushanta Kumar Nandi, School of Business, KU the coordinator of the Immersion Programme was also present during the inaugural session.
