12th March 2023, Jorhat– The Assam Kaziranga University, Jorhat, and Namwala Academy of Science and Technology, Lusaka, Zambia signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on cooperation to share common goals around academic development. Both institutions agreed to work on student and faculty exchange; exchange of know-how and best practices; etc. The signing of the MoU took place at The Assam Kaziranga University wherein the university was represented by Mr. Bobby Roy (Chief Marketing Officer & Dean Admissions) and Namwala Academy of Science and Technology was represented by Dr. Lawrence T. Chanza, Chairperson, NAST. Dr. Lawrence also spent time on campus, exploring various Centre of Excellence.
