SPIC MACAY VIRASAT: (Promoting Indian Knowledge System)
SPIC MACAY VIRASAT is a celebration of India's cultural richness, featuring various performances that highlight the country's heritage for students. It includes a mix of classical cinema, workshops, and classical folk concerts. Three classical films—The Great Dictator, Kagemusha, and Agantuk—were screened. Five workshops were held, including Yoga by Swami Tejomayananda Ji, classical music by Ustad Wasifuddin Dagar Ji, Sattriya dance by Anwesha Mahanta, Odissi dance by Sujata Mohapatra, and handloom weaving by Jamani Payeng Ji.The classical folk concert featured Ustad Wasifuddin Dagar (classical vocal), Pdt. Vishwa Mohan Bhatt (classical instrument), and Sujata Mohapatra (Odissi dance).
