2. Policy Development and Review: Formulate and periodically review library policies, encompassing collection development, access protocols, and user services, to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
3. Trategic Planning: Assist in developing and implementing long-term strategic plans that foster the growth and development of the library's resources and services.
4. Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the quality of library services and resources, proposing enhancements based on user feedback and evolving academic demands.
5. Advocac}: Promote awareness and utilization of library services and resources within the university community, advocating for the library's interests and needs.
6. Policy Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to university regulations, copyright laws, and other pertinent legal requirements governing library operations.
