A  Health Check Up Camp has been done at Luit Silpi Samaj, Digboi. This camp was been conducted by Dr. Akshyay  Deka, Dean, Health Science, K.U. and Mrs. Gayatri Lokanathan, K.U. The other team team members include Upasana from Dibrugarh office and a health care assistant from K.U. campus. Response got from the people of Digboi was very good and a total of about 150 people were present on that camp. During this camp, on the occasion of "Anti Tobbacco Day", Dr. Deka has presented a seminar to the students of class 12 and elaborated the bad affects of consuming tobacco. He also discussed about the courses of Health Science under K.U. there.Overall it was a successful camp. Good public response alongwith strong branding/marketing were done parallely.
