Marking an important day of the year, the School of Engineering & Technology (SET) at Kaziranga University celebrated World Environment Day on 6th June 2019 by organizing a tree plantation drive in the University campus.

World Environment Day is celebrated on the 5th of June every year to create awareness about and encourage everyone to protect the environment. The tree plantation drive was successfully carried out in the presence of the Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. P. K. Mishra, Registrar Prof. Tarun Kumar, Dean CDPC Prof. Puranjoy Das, Dean SET Prof. Dr. Ashwini Kumar Sharma and all faculties of SET.
