The inauguration program was conducted to officially announce the IEEE Student branch, The Assam Kaziranga University on 8^th August, 2024. The event was organized by the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE). The welcome address was given by Dr. Rupam Bhagawati, HoD, Department of CSE. It was followed by the inaugural speech addressed by Dr Kovuri Karthik, Dean, School of Engineering and Technology and coordinated by Mousoomi Bora, Department of CSE, SET. The names of the office bearers were announced in the event by Dean, SET as a part of his inaugural speech. After that, Dr. H Ravi Shankar Kamath, Registrar, The Assam Kaziranga University delivered his speech to congratulate the Department of CSE. An informative session was delivered by Sagar Tamag, the Chairperson, IEEE Student Branch. The program was concluded by the Vote of by Mousoomi bora, the counsellor of the Student Branch. The entire program was hosted by Sagar Tamang. The targeted audience of the event was faculties and students from the School of Engineering and Technology, especially CSE 3^rd and 5^th semester students.
