Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the following positions under the ICSSR-sponsored Research Project titled "Voices from the Gardens: Women as Agents of Development in the Tea Gardens of Jorhat, Assam ” under  Punyashloka Devi Ahilyabai Holkar Special Call for Women-Led Research on Women-Led Development”

1. Research Assistant

No. of Post: 1 

Duration: 3 months (extendable based on performance and project requirements)
Salary: ₹37,000 per month 

  Eligibility Criteria:

• Post graduate in any social science discipline (55% minimum) with NET /M.Phil. / Ph.D.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SPSS, or other data analysis software/programming
• Strong documentation, communication, and interviewing skills

2. Field Investigator:

No. of Post: 1 

Duration: 3 months (extendable based on performance and project requirements)
Salary: ₹20,000 per month 

Eligibility Criteria:

• Postgraduate degree in Social Sciences with a minimum of55% marks
• Proficiency in MS Office, SPSS, or other data analysis software/programming
• Strong documentation, communication, and interviewing skills
