• The occasion organised by the School of Business was named as the KU Business Fest and is the second event organised under the banner. The event included participants especially from the undergraduate students of the School of Business from the BBA, BCom and THM courses.
• The event was inaugurated by the Dr. Manvinder Singh Pahwa, Dean School of Business in a ribbon cutting ceremony along with the Deans and Members from various Schools in the University. The event upon being inaugurated was declared open to be attended by the Faculty members, staffs and students of The Assam Kaziranga University. The fest saw a high number of footfall from students, faculty and staff members across the university who were actively indulged in purchasing from the various stalls.
• The Business Fest was organised to encourage the theme of “learning business by doing it” and make the students apply their business conducting abilities through a practical mode. The business fest included stalls selling food items, handmade accessories and a game zone. They are engaged in interacting, communicating, applying innovative methods of selling along with managing business accounts through the stalls that they put up in the fest.
• The event has been organised by the School of Business, The Assam Kaziranga University. Organising Members from School of Business include- Dr. Manvinder Singh Pahwa, Dean School of Business, Dr. Dorothy Dutta (Coordinator of Business Fest competition), Mayuri Boruah (Student Coordinator), Sydney Laishram (Student Coordinator) and Snikta Sil.
